EXPERIENCE
I have been working in the area of trauma for the past 18 years. My interest is in somatic counselling.
I believe there is a strong connection between our mind and body. Learning to trust yourself and utilize your own innate wisdom is the key to a mind-body-spirit connection.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and an Approved EMDR Consultant with EMDR International Association.
Trainings include: Advanced Flash Technique Certificate, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Informed,
Natural Processing (Part One- Integrating Somatic Psychotherapy with EMDR Therapy), Compassionate Inquiry Informed, and Internal Family Systems Informed.
